Empire OH-SWD I, LLC

Empire OH-SWD I, LLC ("Empire OH-SWD") is drilling two Class II injection wells on the property with Empire Fluid Solutions. The SWD wells will be drilled and completed and the necessary facilities installed to commercially dispose of produced and filtered flowback water. Empire OH-SWD will service the produced and filtered flowback water disposal needs of the Marcellus and Utica Shale operators in Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
